在反射板型超声波传感器中,超声波信号被***安装的反射板(参考反射板)不断反射。对齐的金属或塑料面板可用作反射板。或者,可以使用现有的背景(如墙壁、传送带或地板)作为反射板。传感器和参考反射板之间的物体引起超声波信号的任何变化,都会导致输出变化。此类情况可能包括:
参考反射板前面的小物体引起附加回波
物体完全遮挡住参考反射板,导致测量距离较短
高吸波性物体或具有光滑弯曲表面的物体引起回波损失
所有这些变化都会导致传感器执行开关动作。通过这种方式,甚至可以可靠地检测那些难以感知的物体。
